How to plan for future?


Step 1. Stop wasting time on social media
Scrolling down Facebook, Instagram etc won’t help you in growing and you are not even learning anything from social media but you are getting depressed after watching your friends lifestyle which at the end can’t make you anything but just a depressed person.


Step 2. Stop wasting time by playing unnecessary game

Yes you heard it right unnecessary games like pubg, COC etc is not going to help you but games like chess will help you increase your thinking ability so start playing games which helps you grow. 

Step 3. Pay yourself
From wherever you are getting money from, even if its from your job, your business, your pocket money. The first thing you should do it to pay yourself a particular amount and start investing it in funds ( you will a detailed video available on many YouTube channels about how to invest must watch), paying your bills are of course important but paying yourself and building up your assets are way more important as will be your assets in your hard time unlike a liability.

Step 4. Learn from everything
You should learn from everything you see around you, read books to learn, read novels to increase your reading skills vocab etc., Experience new things, explore new places, go on a vacation to some unknown place and learn their ways. Basically do anything that makes you happy and help you learn new things at the same time. Learning new things and ways will help you to increase your knowledge and see the world from a different prospective which at the end gives you a better clarity of everything.

Step 5. Hit the gym
There are many benefits of going to a gym, every human being should go to the gym, not to become a body builder but to be fit and maintain yourself in a proper shape. The feeling and confidence you get after being in shape is unmatchable to anything. It even helps you to be in a routine and maintain a discipline in your life. Gym works on physical as well as mental health. 


Step 6. Eat healthy drink plenty of water

Step 7. Always look forward
No matter what you have done in your past or how the past is affecting you if you starting looking forward then you can do better in your life always think about your future because its the only time that you can change.

What to do when you are depressed?


Few points can help you out.


Number 1. Talk
You can talk to your friends and family even if it is not relevant with your depression still it will help you to overcome but you need to be aware of one thing that the person you are talking to is not a negative person it is extremely important to stay away from negativity.

Number 2. Walk
Walk alone and feel the wind sky road(or wherever you are walking) and you will realize a truth that everything is alone around you but still survive and complete its beautiful journey.

Number 3. Cook
If you know how to cook then it’s a very good thing for you because while cooking your favorite food you won’t get depressed anymore as food is the only thing that can make a human happy forever. 

Number 4. Hit the gym
Gym is a place where all you mental health issues vanishes, yes you heard it right gym is not only for building body but it also build up your mental health it helps you to maintain a discipline and look forward in your life and at a point you will realize that your body is the only thing that will be with you till your breath and you should take care of you body for the same.

Number 5. Read a book
Reading itself is a very good habit and if you read a proper book at the time you are depressed it may help you overcome the depression and also helps you increase your knowledge and thinking abilities.

Number 6. Look forward
Look forward that is this totally worth it? The time you are spending on thinking and ignoring your stuffs because you are depressed. Go for the future goals start working, earning money and plan a better future for yourself.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
